With the theme “Hand in Hand for Better Food and a Better Life,” the Department of Food Sciences, UAF Sub-Campus Burewala, celebrated the diverse tapestry of flavors and the spirit of community on October 16, 2025. The event featured a vibrant display of food stalls where students showcased inventive culinary creations — each offering a unique blend of culture, creativity, and care.
Distinguished officers from the Punjab Food Authority and representatives of various sponsor companies participated in the sensory assessments, adding valuable insights to the event. The day concluded with the announcement of positions, recognizing the students’ dedication, innovation, and passion for food excellence.
