For a long time, I had one small curiosity:
How do people add those professional signatures to their Gmail?
As working professionals, we often manage our responsibilities on time, meet deadlines, handle other people's tasks, and keep everything moving.
But somehow, when it comes to doing something for ourselves and our own professional presence, we keep saying:
"I'll do it later."
I was doing the same. 😄
I had been wanting to make my Gmail look more professional for quite some time, but I kept postponing it.
Today, I finally did it. ✨
First, I created a circle profile image using a website. Then, I designed my email signature through an Email Signature Generator. Finally, I manually added it through my Gmail settings.
Now, my professional signature automatically appears whenever I send a new email. 📧
And after finally figuring it out, I thought:
Why not make it easier for others too?
So, here is the simple process:
1️⃣ Create your professional email signature.
2️⃣ Convert your profile picture into a circle shape.
3️⃣ Generate your signature using an Email Signature Generator.
4️⃣ Copy the ready-made signature.
5️⃣ Go to Gmail → Settings → See all settings → General.
6️⃣ Find Signature → Create new.
7️⃣ Add your signature and profile picture.
8️⃣ Select it for new emails and replies/forwards.
9️⃣ Click Save Changes.
That's it!
A small improvement, but it can make your emails look much more professional, organized, and personal.
Sometimes, building a professional presence doesn't require a big project.
