لوئر چترال:
آپ سب کی دعاؤں اور تعاون سے دستک بحالی مرکز کا قیام عمل میں آ گیا ہے، جس کا باقاعدہ افتتاح جلد کیا جائے گا۔ یہ مرکز خواتین کی فلاح و بہبود اور ان کی سماجی و نفسیاتی بحالی کے لیے ایک مؤثر قدم ہے۔

مرکز میں ضرورت مند خواتین کے لیے درج ذیل سہولیات فراہم کی جائیں گی:

نفسیاتی کاؤنسلنگ اور تھراپی

قانونی معاونت اور رہنمائی

ایمرجنسی ہیلپ لائن سروسز

فنی تربیت اور روزگار کے مواقع

آگاہی اور وکالت پر مبنی پروگرامز

اسلامی و عمومی رہنمائی

خاندانی تنازعات کے حل اور ثالثی کی سہولت

افتتاح تک یہ تمام سہولیات ریفرل میکانزم کے ذریعے مستحق خواتین تک پہنچائی جائیں گی۔

مرکز کی بانی فریدہ سلطانہ فری نے اپنے پیغام میں کہا:

> "یہ مرکز محض ایک ادارہ نہیں بلکہ ہماری اجتماعی ضرورت ہے۔ آئیے تنقید اور منفی سوچ کو پسِ پشت ڈال کر ایک دوسرے کا ساتھ دیں تاکہ خواتین میں خودکشیوں کے بڑھتے ہوئے رجحان کو کم کیا جا سکے۔"

کیلاش ویلی میں سیاحت کے فروغ اور سیاحوں کو جدید سہولیات فراہم کرنے کے سلسلے میں ایک اہم قدم اٹھایا گیا ہے۔

کیلاش ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی کے مطابق بمبوریت میں واقع کیمپنگ پاڈز میں ایک ماہ کے لیے فری وائی فائی سروس فراہم کر دی گئی ہے۔

اس جدید وائی فائی سسٹم کی تنصیب کا مقصد ملکی اور غیر ملکی سیاحوں کو دورانِ قیام تیز رفتار انٹرنیٹ کی سہولت مہیا کرنا ہے تاکہ وہ نہ صرف اپنے پیاروں کے ساتھ رابطے میں رہ سکیں بلکہ چترال کے دلکش مناظر اور ثقافت کو دنیا بھر میں فوری طور پر شیئر کر سکیں۔

اتھارٹی کے مطابق یہ سہولت ابتدائی طور پر ٹرائل بیس پر فراہم کی جا رہی ہے اور اس کے مثبت نتائج کی بنیاد پر آئندہ دیگر سیاحتی مقامات پر بھی اس سہولت کو وسعت دی جائے گی۔

اس اقدام کو مقامی کمیونٹی اور سیاحتی حلقوں کی جانب سے سراہا جا رہا ہے کیونکہ یہ نہ صرف سیاحوں کے لیے آسانی پیدا کرے گا بلکہ چترال کی سیاحت کے فروغ، عالمی تشہیر اور مثبت امیج کو اجاگر کرنے میں بھی مددگار ثابت ہوگا۔

کالاش قبیلے کا اوچال تہوار بمبوریت اور رمبور میں منایا جائے گا, تیاریاں مکمل، سیاحوں کے لیے خصوصی انتظامات

کالاش قبیلے کا معروف اور قدیم تہوار اوچال بمبوریت اور رمبور کی حسین وادیوں میں روایتی جوش و خروش اور ثقافتی رنگوں کے ساتھ منایا جائے گا۔ یہ تہوار دراصل گرمیوں کی چراگاہوں سے واپس لائے گئے مال مویشیوں کے دودھ اور اس سے تیار کردہ اشیاء کو گاؤں منتقل کرنے کی خوشی میں صدیوں سے منایا جاتا ہے۔

اس موقع پر کالاش مرد و خواتین روایتی رقص پیش کرتے ہیں، دلکش لباس زیب تن کرتے ہیں اور اپنے مخصوص گیتوں اور رسومات کے ذریعے تہوار کو رنگا رنگ بناتے ہیں۔ ہر سال کی طرح اس سال بھی اوچال فیسٹیول میں بڑی تعداد میں ملکی و غیر ملکی سیاح شرکت کے لیے پہنچ چکے ہیں جو کالاش قبیلے کی انوکھی تہذیب و ثقافت سے قریب سے آشنائی حاصل کر رہے ہیں۔

کالاش ویلیز ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی (KVDA) نے اس موقع پر سیاحوں اور مقامی کمیونٹی کے لیے خصوصی سہولیات فراہم کرنے کے اقدامات کیے ہیں۔ ڈائریکٹر جنرل KVDA منہاس الدین نے میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ:
"اوچال فیسٹیول سے قبل کالاش عمائدین سے مشاورت کے بعد ایک جامع منصوبہ تیار کیا گیا ہے تاکہ سیاحوں اور مقامی لوگوں کو زیادہ سے زیادہ سہولت میسر ہو۔ ادارہ اس بات کو یقینی بنائے گا کہ ثقافتی سرگرمیوں کے دوران صفائی، سیکیورٹی اور دیگر سہولتوں میں کوئی کمی نہ ہو۔"

یہ بات بھی قابل ذکر ہے کہ اوچال تہوار صرف بمبوریت اور رمبور وادیوں میں منایا جاتا ہے، جبکہ بریر وادی میں اسی موقع پر "پوڑ" کا تہوار منایا جاتا ہے جو اپنی نوعیت کے لحاظ سے مختلف رسومات کا حامل ہے۔

چترال کی دلکش وادیاں اس موقع پر سیاحوں کی توجہ کا مرکز بنی ہوئی ہیں، اور اوچال تہوار نہ صرف مقامی لوگوں کے لیے خوشی کا باعث ہے بلکہ پاکستان میں ثقافتی سیاحت کو فروغ دینے میں بھی اہم کردار ادا کر رہا ہے۔
