Khem Chand, a talented young man from the Hindu community, has achieved the prestigious milestone of securing allocation in the Pakistan Administrative Services structure through the CSS 2025 examination, earning a place in the Pakistan Police Service (PSP).
His journey to success was anything but easy. It was marked by repeated setbacks, disappointments, and years of relentless struggle. Yet, instead of allowing failures to define him, Khem Chand used every challenge as motivation to move forward.
