Sometimes, do this... When you receive your salary and reach home, order food from Foodpanda - one chicken broast, one mineral water, and one soft drink. Wait for the delivery, and when the 21-22-year-old rider arrives, ask him about his education. He might tell you he's a BA pass-out who had to discontinue his studies due to family responsibilities. His father has passed away, and he has five younger siblings to care for. He's doing this job to support his family.

Pay the bill (Rs. 380) and then give him an extra Rs. 1000, saying, "This order was for you, you're my guest today." See the spark in his eyes! Treat these riders with kindness. Most of them are struggling due to circumstances, taking on responsibilities, they shouldn't have to at such a young age. Many are highly educated but couldn't find better jobs. Try this small act of kindness, and you'll see the difference. ❤️
