A serious Concern about RADC rough road design.... Pls share
SAFETY ALERT
This sudden curve near Gahkuch, District Ghizer, Gilgit-Baltistan, is a very basic yet very serious engineering fault that will surely result in serious and fatal accidents in the future if not fixed as soon as possible. While entering Gahkuch town from Gilgit, I avoided close accidents multiple times, and several other people in my friend and family circle also reported the same close calls.
As a concerned and faithful citizen, I would like to highlight this issue and request that government authorities immediately ask RADC to address this very dangerous curve by either cutting the hill or by any other means. I hope their engineers will examine this very serious issue. I kindly request that RADC engineers or government officials drive their vehicles at a speed that allows them to see firsthand the danger of this curve. This is the time to fix it; otherwise, the current government officials and RADC should be held responsible for any future accidents.
