She has emerged as one of the driving forces for change, she has been instrumental in inspiring a new wave of female participation in sports . Beyond her achievements in handball, Neesha is setting an example by pursuing her studies in physical education, proving that sports can be both a passion and a career.

Excited to announce our next guest on the podcast—Mehnaz Shah! ⚽🏋‍♀
A powerhouse athlete from Hunza, Mehnaz has represented Pakistan on the international stage as a member of the Pakistan Women National Football Team. She’s also a passionate CrossFit athlete. Recently, she participated in the ARY Warriors Challenge and was crowned champion with her team. Beyond the field, Mehnaz runs a fitness boot camp in Karachi, 'Fit Me,' empowering others to achieve their fitness goals.

Our next guest on the podcast is Rizwan Karim.He is from Baltit Hunza. He has studied at University College London and is currently coordinating the Oral History Project of the global Ismaili communities based at the Institute of Ismaili Studies in London.
Rizwan is a keen observer of politics in Gilgit Baltistan and does social commentary through a video podcast called Sabz Baagh on YouTube. His research interests include politics of development, storytelling and critical oral histories.
In this podcast we will talk about:

Education in Hunza and Gilgit baltistan
Domaki language and its extinction
Political approaches and apolitcism in Hunza.
