Maj Adnan (135L/C - SSG) once a Ghazi, now has embraced Shahadat.

He fought for days in the hospital, battling with the same courage he showed on the battlefield.

In the line of fire, he shielded his buddy, taking the bullets upon himself a true symbol of brotherhood and sacrifice.

On his way home, he could have chosen comfort, but instead he volunteered for the operation, driven by love for Pakistan and the spirit of a soldier.

A hero with the bravest heart forever remembered, forever honored.

Major Adnan Aslam Shaheed displayed unmatched bravery and courage on the battlefield. He sacrificed his life while saving his comrade, a true act of valor that reflects the finest military traditions. It is respectfully requested that he be honored with Nishan-e-Haider, the nation’s highest gallantry award.

It has been more than two decades since the last Nishan-e-Haider was awarded. The supreme sacrifice of Maj Adnan Aslam Shaheed deserves to be remembered in history with this greatest honor.

Major Adnan's sacrifice is a truly remarkable story that most of us could not even imagine going through.

On his way home, he stopped overnight in Bannu and volunteered for a critical operation, which he could have easily avoided. With exceptional bravery, he eliminated two out of five terrorists, and while leading the charge towards the last one remaining, he got shot in his right knee.

Nevertheless, Adnan found cover behind a short, damaged wall. As his teammates tried to rescue him, one of the soldiers (probably Awais), reached his side.

What happened next might sound like exaggeration or fictional, but was confirmed by multiple sources. Realizing that Adnan was hit, the terrorist charged towards them, despite knowing that he would be killed as soon as he compromised his location, because Adnan had single-handedly caused the most damage to the terrorists.

Realising the situation, Awais selflessly shielded Adnan to protect from any bullets, and in a stunning display of courage, Adnan rolled over to protect Awais.

The terrorist reached the cover wall and opened fire from a few feet away, hitting Adnan multiple times in his legs, but was immediately neutralized by the team. Awais is the same guy Adnan was inquiring about when he gained consciousness, as witnessed in a video that went viral on social media.

While this was all happening, both of them were completely unaware of each other's identities. Adnan's heroism is inspiring, and his story is a testament to the bravery of Pakistan's heroes.

With his left leg entirely amputated, concerns now focus on saving his right leg. Adnan's sacrifice deserves recognition and prayers for his recovery. Without the slightest of doubts, you are a National hero and you made us all very proud buddy!
