جی ہاں بلڈ پریشر، جس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ ٹانگ کے اوپر ٹانگ رکھنے سے ٹانگوں میں خون کو کشش ثقل کے مخالف کام کرکے واپس دل کی جانب ہوتا ہے جبکہ بیٹھنے کا یہ انداز اس عمل کے لیے مزاحمت پیدا کرتا ہے، جس کے نتیجے میں خون کی گردش مشکل ہوجاتی ہے۔

یہی وجہ ہے کہ جسم بلڈ پریشر بڑھا کر خون کو واپس دل تک پہنچاتا ہے ۔
