A Tribute to an Exceptional Leader — Sir Ehsan Bhutta
Today, I want to express something truly heartfelt.
The news of Sir Ehsan Bhutta being transferred from the Tourism & Archaeology Department brings mixed emotions. On one hand, I am genuinely happy that he will continue to bring excellence and vision to another department. But at the same time, there is a sense of sadness — because in just 84 days, he achieved what many cannot accomplish even in years.
To me, Sir Ehsan Bhutta is not just an administrator. He is a visionary leader, a true heritage lover, and a guardian of Punjab’s cultural identity. His presence brought a new energy, a new momentum, and a renewed sense of purpose to the Tourism Department.
