Chipursan Earthquake and it's Effects!
Earthquake is not new here in Northern Area or elsewhere in the world; as we witnessed in Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhua(KPk), in October, 2008. Tsunami,Japan was it's worst example of it's kind of Earthquake in the near past.
Centuries ago, in folk tales, the same kind of devastated flood had burst at the vicinity of Kimpir Diyor, located in the middle of Zoodkhun and Sh*tmerg, washed away the whole places with population, Catles, farms etc which evidently seen there. The other story why the destructive flood burst there is another cause......!
We have observed the sounds in 3 years started that the magnitude of sound seem earthquake burst underground started from Shishkat then Tejsil Gojal, Hunza,consequently reached Chipursan as a result of big destruction and devastation that cause worry, frightened, anxiety and depression etc.
Social Media and eye witness reported that more than 600 houses, countless Catles(sheeps and goats), Catles huts were fully delapidated in major three villages and rests of villages are under severe threat. The uproaring and shouting, crying of the people for their skirmishes by jolting of the middle magnitude of earthquake provide consequences to the areas where suffer in severe cold and difficiencies.
After hearing of the earthquake destruction, many people reached there to observe the situation then started reporting for the ampathy to show off their political leverage without thought processing, it was not clear that are they effectees, or reporters or politician or any social worker, all run at the same rout without any concrete plan. Many indigenous people criticizing state organs to be not loyal to them in this difficult time.
It is somewhat true at some point, the precautionary measure should be adopted at tim when it occurred, the medical team must be there alert for any incidence, medical equipment should be ready for urgent treatment, medical aids, rapid response team must be at the spot, ambulances, camps, foods, firewoods and lives saving agents etc. But unfortunately repeatedly occurrence of the situation the responsible organizations remains deaf ear to the situation.
We have seen in the past the big calamity in Japan showed their disciplinary behavior that received their relieves from the government in row without any complain and criticism and the whole world saw them a jesture of silence.
The main disciplinary action needs to be adopted to inform concerned institutions at once to take urgent action, volunteers must be ready for safeguarding the lives even they are trained by means how to act urgently and the people should be educated for patience and toleration.
The state organizations and Imamati Organizations are equiped for this event to urgently response for sudden tradegy. Even AKAH, is fully funded for how to prepare for the big suffering. AKAH's employees are salaried high parallel to the owner of the big businesses but the services are less than expected. The unpreparedness of the situation by GBDMA to tackle the hardness of the event push the society towards the unrestness, hopelessness, depression and disappoinment that can cause big harm in the society like displacement, migration and su***de....
What we need to take steps:
1- invest in societies
2- Tain and educate them to tackle the situation
3- Need to look after the services of the related organization.
4- Need to monitor the financial matter which is being spent.
5- Audit the financial budget which is allocated for concerned field from reliable firm.
