The most effective way to change your behaviour is to use technique of "HABIT STACKING".
Incorporating your new behaviour with your current habits which you do each daily no matter what happens like brushing your teeth, taking bath, having meal. These are your current habits, add new one you want to add like reading a book.
Like, After I have a cup of tea each morning, I will read a book for 20 minutes.
**Remember: WHEN(TIME) & WHERE (PLACE) are two important clues that you have to keep in your mind, because these are your triggers.
