In this video, I will share with you 5 signs that can help you distinguish burnout from laziness, and what you can do to overcome it.

Some of the signs are:

You have lost interest and passion in what you do
You feel helpless, hopeless, and trapped
You have frequent headaches, muscle pains, or sleep problems
You are more irritable, cynical, and detached from others
You have a reduced sense of accomplishment and self-worth

Studies have shown that dogs react to inequality much like we do. When they sense that they're being treated unfairly, they take a stand. It's a testament to their emotional intelligence and innate sense of justice.

Just like us, dogs value cooperation and harmony. They understand the importance of fairness and reciprocity. When they perceive a lack of fairness in how they're treated, they're not afraid to show their disapproval.

The study analyzed data from people aged 40 to 69 and found a causal link between habitual napping and larger total brain volume - a marker of good brain health linked to a lower risk of dementia and other diseases.

While the researchers did not have information on nap duration, earlier studies suggest that naps of 30 minutes or less provide the best short-term cognitive benefits, and napping earlier in the day is less likely to disrupt night-time sleep.
