We feel helpless and confused, and our emotions are being mocked. Our society is being criticized, and the system isn’t working properly. When an issue comes up, why is it shown in such a strange way? Our educated students are raising their voices for a reason, but instead of listening to them, they’re being ignored. At least, there should be a proper and peaceful investigation so they feel heard.
The government needs to realize that this generation is our future. If we keep treating them like this, we are ruining the future of our country. Whenever something small happens, the police act cruelly towards the people, forcing them to protest.
Islamabad, our capital, is being destroyed. Every day there’s a new problem. The city is often in lockdown – neither work nor education runs smoothly. I ask the higher authorities to remember that humans live here, not animals in a zoo who can be locked up or freed whenever someone wants. As a Pakistani citizen, I feel like we have no rights, and if we speak up, it becomes hard to survive here.
