💔 “Shohrat sab kuch nahi hoti… jab akelay marna naseeb ban jaye.” 💔

Zindagi, paisa, shohrat… sab chamak damak mein kho jata hai jab aap mashhoor hotay hain. Stage ki roshni, media ki awaaz, logon ki taaliyan… lekin inhein nahi pata ke aap ne is raushni tak pohanchne ke liye apna ghar, apni family kho di.

Phir jab aap 8-9 mahine pehle chup chap mar gaye… to yeh shohrat kahan thi? Yeh tamashai kahan thay? Kya faida us showbiz ka, jab aap ek bhi aisa insan na bana sakein jo aapki ghumshudgi mehsoos kar sake?

Koi nahi aya. Koi nahi roya.

Is liye jo bhi karna hai, family ke sath jud kar karo. Warna ek din yahi anjaam hoga – aap akelay apne ghar mein mar jao ge, aur duniya ko khabar tak nahi hogi.

Tips:
* If you trust your team, give them space to move.

* Give them the brief, not the blueprint.

* Set the vision. Then watch them invent the future.

* Be a Coach not a Chief
