Hundreds of protesters across the globe took to the streets to denounce Israel’s use of starvation as a weapon of war in Gaza. In cities like London and Manchester, demonstrators beat empty pots and pans during marches, calling on the UK government to halt arms supplies to Israel and sever trade relations.

In Tel Aviv, Israeli citizens also protested against Prime Minister Netanyahu’s government, demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and the release of hostages.

Local government by-elections are being held today in seven districts of Balochistan, including Zhob, Sherani, Loralai, Barkhan, Kalat, Khuzdar, and Surab.

According to the Election Commission, polling began at 8:00 AM and will continue uninterrupted until 4:00 PM.

A total of 25 candidates are contesting for 16 vacant seats, while 106 general councilors are registered to cast their votes.

Security has been tightened in all districts to ensure peaceful polling, with law enforcement agencies deployed at polling stations.

Pakistani authorities have launched a three-day anti-terror operation in Bajaur, a tribal district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to an official notification issued by the Deputy Commissioner on Tuesday, a strict curfew has been enforced in 16 villages of Tehsil Loi Mamund. Under the curfew, all movement—whether on foot or by vehicle—is strictly prohibited on main roads and in residential areas.

The affected villages include Badisia, Tarkho, Arib, G*t, Agra, Khurchey, Dwakai, Kalan, Laghrai, Katkot, Gali, Nakhtar, Zari, Dambrai, Amanata, and Zagai.

The curfew will remain in place until July 31, unless extended or lifted by the authorities.

A tragic incident occurred in the Landikas (Bangladesh) area of Babuzai, Swat, where a 13-year-old boy named Rehan, a resident of Rahimabad, drowned while bathing.

Upon receiving the report, District Emergency Officer Swat, Rafiullah Marwat, immediately dispatched a Rescue 1122 Water Search & Rescue Team along with On-Call Officer Niaz Muhammad and a medical team to the site.

Rescue teams swiftly launched a search operation, recovered the boy from the water, and provided emergency CPR treatment in the ambulance. He was then transported to Central Hospital Saidu Sharif, where doctors confirmed he had passed away.

After a horrifying video showing the brutal murder of a man and woman went viral on social media, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti took strict notice of the incident and ordered immediate investigation and the arrest of all culprits involved.

Balochistan government spokesperson Shahid Rind strongly condemned the inhumane act, vowing that those responsible will be brought to justice.
