سعودی عرب میں ٹرانسپورٹ کے شعبے سے وابستہ ہزاروں پاکستانی، خصوصاً پختون بھائی، شدید مشکلات کا شکار ہیں۔ بہت سے لوگوں نے اپنی زندگی بھر کی جمع پونجی لگا کر گاڑیاں خریدیں، لیکن اب ان پر بھاری جرمانے، گاڑیوں کی ضبطی اور دیگر مسائل نے انہیں پریشان کر رکھا ہے میری پاکستانی حکومت، سعودی حکام اور بالخصوص خادم الحرمین الشریفین سے درخواست ہے کہ ان محنت کشوں کے مسائل پر توجہ دی جائے۔ اگر کسی گاڑی کو غیر قانونی قرار دیا جاتا ہے تو متاثرہ افراد کو مناسب معاوضہ دیا جائے یا کوئی ایسا حل نکالا جائے جس سے ان کی محنت اور سرمایہ ضائع نہ ہو 15 سے 20 ہزار ریال کے جرمانے اور گاڑیوں کی بندش نے بہت سے خاندانوں کو مالی مشکلات میں مبتلا کر دیا ہے۔ یہ لوگ پہلے ہی اقامہ، مکتبِ عمل، بے روزگاری اور دیگر مسائل کا سامنا کر رہے ہیں میڈیا، سماجی تنظیموں اور متعلقہ اداروں سے بھی اپیل ہے کہ وہ ان محنت کشوں کی آواز بنیں اور ان کے مسائل حکام تک پہنچائیں۔ امید ہے کہ ان پاکستانی بھائیوں کے ساتھ انصاف ہوگا اور ان کی مشکلات کے حل کے لیے عملی اقدامات کی جائیں گے
Thousands of Pakistanis working in the transportation sector in Saudi Arabia, particularly our Pashtun brothers, are facing severe difficulties. Many of them invested their life savings to purchase vehicles, but they are now struggling with heavy fines, vehicle confiscations, and other related issues.
I respectfully appeal to the Government of Pakistan, the Saudi authorities, and especially the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to pay attention to the problems faced by these hardworking individuals. If any vehicle is declared illegal, the affected owners should be provided with fair compensation, or an alternative solution should be introduced so that their hard-earned investments are not lost.
Fines ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 Saudi Riyals, along with vehicle impoundments, have pushed many families into financial hardship. These workers are already dealing with challenges such as iqama-related expenses, labor office fees, unemployment, and other economic difficulties.
I also urge the media, social organizations, and relevant institutions to become the voice of these workers and bring their concerns to the attention of the authorities. We hope that justice will be done for these Pakistani brothers and that practical measures will be taken to resolve their problems.
