Celebrating our globally accomplished IR alumni from Faculty of Contemporary Studies, NDU!

🎓 Yassal Ahmar – Currently pursuing graduate studies in Global Development and Diplomacy at Oklahoma State University on a full scholarship. A Chancellor’s Gold Medalist at NDU, former fellow at the United States Institute of Peace, and an intern at the U.S. Embassy in Pakistan, he’s now interning in Washington D.C.
🎓 Palwasha Khan – Earned her MA in Conflict, Development, and Peacebuilding from the University of Leeds. She now serves as Volunteering & Community Officer at the National Trust UK, working to preserve and share the country’s rich heritage.
🎓 Abdul Wasay Ajmal – Holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and is currently working as an investment banker.
🎓 Oneir Raza – Selected for the prestigious Chevening Scholarship to pursue an MPhil in Education, Globalisation, and International Development at the University of Cambridge.

✨ Ali Hassan Suhryani – Deputy Collector at Pakistan Customs, Islamabad; CSS-qualified and an alum of the 2014–16 IR cohort.
✨ Danish Hameed – A recent graduate from Gwadar, now serving as DSP through Balochistan Public Service Commission (2023).
