Official Clarification from the Media Head & PRO – Ayub Teaching Hospital

The Media Head and Public Relations Officer (PRO) of Ayub Teaching Hospital, Mr. Malik Saifullah, has addressed the misinformation and disinformation circulating on social media regarding the newly introduced rickshaw cart ambulance.

He clarified that the cart has been unnecessarily criticized without understanding its actual purpose. This rickshaw-style ambulance cart was generously donated by our former Dean, Professor Saqib Malik, with the intention of providing convenience to patients and hospital staff.

The PRO emphasized that this cart will not be used outside the hospital premises. Instead, it is specifically designated for use within the hospital, especially during rainy conditions or emergency situations when patients need to be transferred between departments such as Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Emergency — areas that are significantly distanced from each other.

The cart is equipped with essential facilities, including an oxygen cylinder, emergency first aid kit, and other necessary medical supplies to ensure safe patient transport.

Additionally, he highlighted that Ayub Medical Complex has a fleet of fully equipped ambulances for external emergencies and transportation, meeting all modern standards of emergency care.

Serving patients from Gilgit to Hassanabdal, Hazara Divison and the Malakand Division, Ayub Medical Complex handles over 4,000 OPDs daily, making it one of the region’s key healthcare institutions.

The PRO urged citizens to verify information before posting or sharing on social media, and to appreciate positive steps taken for public service, rather than spreading misleading narratives.

Successful Hosting of Property Conference & Realtors Awards 2025 in Islamabad

Islamabad – The Property Conference & Realtors Awards 2025 was successfully held in the capital city, bringing together leading figures and businessmen from across Pakistan’s property sector. The event served as a dynamic platform to discuss the current landscape and future trends of the real estate industry while also celebrating excellence through the presentation of awards to top performers in the field.

Organized under the leadership of Chairman Rehan Khan of SRH International (Pvt.) Ltd., the conference aimed to unite key stakeholders of Pakistan’s property market and foster dialogue on its development. Throughout various sessions, industry experts shared insights on investment opportunities, construction challenges, and the future trajectory of the real estate sector.

The second part of the event featured a grand awards ceremony, where individuals and organizations demonstrating outstanding performance in the property sector were honored in various categories. These awards aimed to recognize and encourage professionals who have made significant contributions to the real estate industry.

Among the prominent award recipients were Senior Vice President of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce Abdul Rehman, Syed Sadat Hussain Shah, Chaudhry Muhammad Nawaz Basra, and Sajid Rafiq, who were commended for their dedication and achievements in the sector. Attendees congratulated the awardees and acknowledged their efforts in advancing the industry.

Pride of Hazara Summit Held at Hazara University Mansehra on International Women's Day

In collaboration with the Young Leaders Parliament and the District Youth Office Mansehra, Hazara University hosted the Pride of Hazara Summit on March 8 to commemorate International Women's Day. The event honored talented, skilled, and high-achieving women from the Hazara region with the "Pride of Hazara Award." The purpose of the award was to recognize and appreciate their professional contributions and accomplishments.

The event’s chief guest was Professor Dr. Mohsin Nawaz, Vice Chancellor of Hazara University. Other distinguished attendees included Assistant Commissioner Mansehra Muneeba Fatima, District Youth Office Mansehra Officer Alam Zeb Khan, representatives from the District Sports Office, Chairman of Political Science & International Relations Dr. Adil Seemab Adil Peer , and Divisional Leader of the Young Leaders Parliament Sikandar Khan Khalil. Additionally, women leaders, poets, motivational speakers, members of the Young Leaders Parliament, and a large number of students from Hazara University participated.

Addressing the event, Dr. Mohsin Nawaz paid tribute to the talented women of Hazara Division and highlighted their role in society.

Sikandar Khan Khalil shared his views, emphasizing the immense potential of women in the Hazara region. He stated that women are an integral part of society and play a crucial role in its development. However, due to a lack of resources, many women face challenges. He expressed his optimism about seeing them achieve great success in the future.

Other speakers, including Dr. Adil Seemab, journalist Sher Afzal Gujar, Assistant Commissioner Mansehra, and Assistant Professor Hajira Anwar, also spoke about the significance of International Women’s Day and the vital role of women in society.

At the end of the ceremony, the Pride of Hazara Awards and certificates of appreciation were presented to the honored women to encourage them to continue making positive contributions to society.
