PSW hosted a session with representatives from the Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) to share insights, enhance collaboration and explore ways to further streamline cross-border trade facilitation.

Led by Arshad Hussain, Head of Operations, the session provided participants with insights into PSW’s digital trade ecosystem, system functionalities, and operational improvements. The discussion addressed key areas such as documentation processes, platform usability, and system responsiveness. The interactive Q&A segment allowed KCCI representatives to share feedback and receive updates on PSW’s current initiatives and future roadmap aimed at simplifying cross-border trade.

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) participated in the 20th MyKarachi – Oasis of Harmony 2025, organized by the Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI), to showcase its digital platform designed to streamline cross-border trade. The event was attended by notable dignitaries, including Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, Governor Kamran Tessori, representative from the Council General of Oman, and KCCI President Muhammad Jawed Bilwani, highlighting strong support for innovation and digital transformation in Pakistan’s trade ecosystem.

During the event, the PSW team demonstrated how its platform reduces paperwork, minimizes clearance times, and eliminates the need for physical visits to multiple agencies, improving efficiency, transparency, and sustainability in trade. The positive engagement reinforced PSW’s role in modernizing trade processes in line with global best practices.

PSW conducted a session on the Electronic Certificate of Origin (e-COO) module for Non-Preferential Trade, engaging representatives from the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Sahiwal, Okara, Jhang, Faisalabad, and Khyber, along with online participants from across the country.
