It is to inform all concerned that GGDC Chitral has been announced BS, 4 Year Degree Programme Online Admissions, 2020 in the following departments:
Chemistry
English
Islamiyat
Urdu
Zoology
All the concerned female candidates who have passed their FA/F.Sc examination with more than 45% marks are eligible to apply. Candidates can apply through Higher Education Department website. Last date for online admission is 21st September, 2020.
The Terms and Conditions of Admission are given below:
Term and Conditions
1. The above schedule is subject to change as per circumstances.
2. Candidates failing to appear before the admission committee on notified date and time shall automatically lose the right to admission.
3. Migration Certificate other than BISE Peshawar must be submitted at the time of interview.
4. In case of Quota seats (Sport/Hafiz-e-Quran/Disable/Employee) Certificates proofs must be attached with the documents.
5. Students appearing for Hafiz-e-Quran Quota bring an attested passport size photograph and her Sannad on the date of Hafiz-e-Quran Test.
6. Afghan students must bring their Afghan citizenship card and NOC from Afghan Consulate Peshawar.
7. 2ndcycle of admission will be announced subject to availability of seats in various faculty.
8. If a student applies for admission one or more years late then he/she shall produce an affidavit to the effect that he/she has not been admitted at any college previously and he/she is availing the opportunity for admission for the first time.
9. Affidavit in light of Supreme Court decision for referring from politics shall be obtained from the candidates at the time of admission.
10. Students interested in Hostel Admission should submit hand written application to the concerned committee at the time of interview, along with last DMC and Father CNIC.
11. The Online application form shall be supported by the attested photocopies of the following documents or as required otherwise:
i. DMC, Domicile Certificate, Character Certificate, Father CNIC, 3 Nos attested Photo, Affidavit and admission fee.
