This Amazon River Can Cook You Alive — And There's No Volcano Anywhere Near It
Deep in the Peruvian Amazon, there's a river that can kill you in seconds if you fall into it — not because of piranhas, not because of currents, but because parts of it are hot enough to actually cook you. This Glacier in Antarctica Has Been "Bleeding" for Over 100 Years
Somewhere in one of the coldest, driest places on Earth, there's a glacier that appears to be bleeding — a thick stream of deep red liquid oozing out of solid white ice. People have known about it for over a century, and for most of that time, nobody actually knew why it was red.
