This Friday on May 3rd , Pakistan 🇵🇰 is going to launch a space mission to the moon called ICICUBE-Q. It's a big deal because Pakistan will be the second country in South Asia to do this after India. The mission is being done with China's help, and it will take off from China.
ICICUBE-Q's main job is to take pictures and pick up samples from the moon's surface. It's especially interesting in the part of the moon we don't see from Earth. The mission will use small satellites called CubeSats, which are great for space research because they're small and don't cost too much.
The cameras on the mission will take really clear pictures of the moon's surface. These pictures will help scientists learn more about the moon. If everything goes well, Pakistan will have a lot to be proud of, and we'll all learn something new about the moon when we watch the launch on Friday.
