If milk gets bad, it becomes yogurt. Yogurt is more valuable than milk. If it gets even worse, it turns to cheese. Cheese is more valuable than yogurt and milk.

And if grape juice turns sour, it transtorms into wine, which is even more expensive than grape juice. You are not bad because you made mistakes. Mistakes are the experiences that make you more valuable as a person.

Christopher Columbus made a navigational error that made him discover America. Alexander Fleming's mistake led him to invent penicillin. Don't let your mistakes get you down.

It is not practice that makes perfect. It is mistakes we learn from that make perfect!

CSS EXAM PREPARATION AT COLLAGE/ UNIVERSITY STAGE!

If you decide to make civil services a career at your College or University stage, try to follow these things:

1. Improve your English Grammar and English Writing Skills.
2. Develop Reading habit.
3. Prepare one Compulsory Subject And one Optional.
4: Read JWT Magazine.
5. Listening to evening/ night news bulletins/analysis is a must. They provide invaluable background information and a balanced opinion on major issues. Evening news bulletins give an overview of the prominent news stories of the day.
6.Discussions on current affairs on standard TV channel should be followed by a student to learn "how the arguments take place and how arguments are built up".
7.Discuss things/news items with your friends and family members that will give confidence of taking a stand against any issue.
8.Once you enter 3rd or 4th year of your preparation, you can go through the past papers of CSS Exam. Students in the first year also can go through these papers, but it would be difficult for a person to understand all the questions because he/she might have not studied the entire syllabi.
9. In the first step itself, if you take the question paper and if you don't know most of the questions, it will deject you. There is nothing to get dejected at this stage.
10. If you complete your one or two Compulsory subject(s) at the college/University level, it will be easy for you to crack the CSS Exam in the first attempt itself.

جو لوگ یہ بکواس کر رہے ہیں کہ وکلاء کے ساتھ جو ہوا اچھا ہوا ان کو میں بتاتا چلوں کہ
وکیل نہ ہوں تو #پولیس تم لوگوں کو کچا کھا جائے.جب تمہارے #مقدمات درج نہیں ہوتے تب تمہیں #وکیل یاد آتے ہیں.جب پولیس والے تمہاری تلاشی لیتے ہیں تو وکیل یاد آتے ہیں.جب تمہیں تھپڑ مارتے ہیں تو وکیل یاد آتا ہے.
آپ کسی بھی شعبے سے جڑے ہوئے افراد کو دیکھ لیں،ہر فرد اپنی پروفیشنل ڈیوٹی سے ایک رتی آگے کا نہیں سوچتا.ملک میں جب بھی ناانصافی اور مظالم بڑھتے ہیں تو عوام کی نظریں وکلاء کی طرف ہوتی ہیں۔ یہ وکیل ہی ہیں جنہوں نے.ریاستی اداروں کو ان کی حدود میں رکھا ہوا ہے،اگر وکلاء نہ ہوں تو یہ عوام کے ساتھ کیا سلوک کرتے سب کو اندازہ ہیں.

توّکل وہ راستہ ہے۔۔۔ جس کے ذریعے “آگ ٹھنڈی” کر دی جاتی ہے، جو “دریا” میں راستہ بنوا دیتا ہے، جو “یوسف” کو “یعقوب” سے مِلوا دیتا ہے، جو شدید “طوفانوں” میں “کشتی نوح” پار لگا دیتا ہے، جو “پانی” پر “گھوڑے” دوڑا دیتا ہے۔
تو پھر کیا تم اپنے اس رب پر “توّکل” نہ کرو گے، جو “ناممکن” کو “ممکن” کرنے کی قدرت رکھتا ہے۔♥️

کچھ آذانیں اپنی تاثیر، فطری سادگی، سوز و گداز کی وجہ سے ماحول پر گہرا اثر ڈالتی ہے. یہ ماننا ہے کہ جہاں سوز جگر قلب و روح کو گھائل کرنے میں کردار ادا کرتا ہے وہاں مصنوعی پن بالکل بھی قرار نہیں پکڑ سکتا.
