Quick note for clients
Balayage and hair color can look different when the hair is styled vs when it is in its in natural texture. When we blow-dry, curl or style the hair, the shades, tones and dimension show more clearly.
If your hair is naturally frizzy, wavy or not styled, the color may look different/all over the place, darker or less visible dimensions. this is completely normal. Specially with balayage/highlights/babylights/lowlights, styling makes a big difference in how the blend and tones appear.
So if your hair looks different at home and you’re comparing it with a styled inspo picture, make sure to style your hair first.
Once the hair is styled, you will be able to see the same tones and dimension more clearly.
