The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) was well aware of their numerous benefits and greatly enjoyed consuming them. He frequently encouraged others to include dates in their diet, reflecting their importance in both spiritual and daily life.

As the Qur'an states, “And We brought forth for you thereby gardens of palm trees and grapevines...” (Qur'an, 16:11)
