Subject: *Request for Extension in the Last Date for Submission of 9th Class Registration Returns*

Respected Madam,

I hope this application finds you in the best of health and spirits.

I am writing to respectfully request an extension in the deadline for the submission of 9th class registration returns, which is currently set for tomorrow, October 1, 2025.

There are several genuine and pressing reasons due to which many schools and students are unable to complete the registration process on time:

1. Floods in Punjab:
Many areas in Punjab have recently been severely affected by floods. Due to the resulting destruction, numerous students and educational institutions are facing challenges in accessing basic services, including the internet, which is essential for the online registration process.

2. Current Situation in Kashmir:
The prevailing situation in Azad Kashmir has led to a complete suspension of internet services. As a result, many educational institutions are unable to process the registration forms, putting their students at risk of being left out.

3. Delayed Salary Disbursements:
As the registration deadline falls on the 1st of the month, it is important to note that many salaried individuals, including school administrators and parents, typically receive their monthly salaries a few days later. This delay in disbursement affects their ability to pay registration fees in a timely manner.

In light of the above-mentioned circumstances, I kindly urge you to consider extending the registration return deadline by at least one more week. This extension will provide much-needed relief to the affected institutions and ensure that no student is deprived of the opportunity due to factors beyond their control.

Your prompt and considerate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

تقریب میں پی ای ایس کے آئندہ لائحہ عمل پر غور و خوض کیا گیا، جن میں سالانہ سپورٹس گالا کا انعقاد، پری بورڈ امتحانات اور دیگر ہم نصابی سرگرمیوں کے مختلف پروگرامز کا انعقاد شامل ہے۔ اس سلسلے میں مجوزہ کمیٹیوں کی منظوری بھی دی گئی۔

حافظ محمد بشارت نے تمام شرکاء کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے یقین دلایا کہ وہ فیڈرل بورڈ میں نجی تعلیمی اداروں کی مؤثر آواز بنیں گے اور ان کے مسائل کے حل کے لیے سنجیدہ اقدامات کریں گے۔
اختتام پر میزبان محفل مسز برگیڈیئر زرین نے تمام معزز مہمانوں کا شکریہ ادا کیا اور امید ظاہر کی کہ حافظ محمد بشارت کی قیادت میں پرائیویٹ ایجوکیشنل سوسائٹی مزید ترقی کرے گی۔
تقریب کے اختتام پر مہمانوں کی تواضع پرتکلف عشائیے سے کی گئی۔

President Private Educational Society (PES), Hafiz Muhammad Basharat, attended the Annual Lunch and Teachers Appreciation Ceremony organized by Dar-e-Arqam School at its Bhara Kahu, Shahpur, Satra Meel, and Malot Chowk campuses in Islamabad. The event celebrated the dedication and efforts of teachers, highlighting their pivotal role in shaping the future of students through both academic and moral education. Distinguished guests included Sir Nadeem Butt, Director of Dar-e-Arqam School Ghouri Town Campus, Raja Khalid, President of PES Bhara Kahu Zone, and Qari Muhammad Asif, Director of Al-Haramain Quran Complex. The ceremony was graciously hosted by principal Sir Kamran Asif and family, and featured motivational speeches, teacher recognitions, and a communal lunch, fostering unity and appreciation within the educational community.
