Maintaining Hygiene has nothing to do with one's social or financial status. It is in fact linked with Nafs-e-Lawwama; it is a contant and continuous cycle. Once you start cleaning yourself on the inside, the outer core begins refining all on its own. Perfumes don't hide the stench of a rotting soul.
When you work towards satisfaction of Nafs-e-Ammara, you fall flat. When you play silly games, get silly injuries.
