🔹 1. Business Intelligence (BI) Developer – Qlik
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Islamabad
Salary: PKR 150,000 – 250,000
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Qlik Sense/QlikView.
• Perform data analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to migrate and transform data from various sources.
• Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Required Skills & Tools:
• Strong hands-on experience in Qlik Sense or QlikView.
• Expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Proficient in data cleansing, data transformation, and integrating structured/unstructured data.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and best practices.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and scripting languages (e.g., Python or JavaScript) is a plus.
🔹 2. AI Engineer (Agentic & LLM Systems)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Islamabad
Salary: PKR 150,000 – 250,000
Responsibilities:
• Build and deploy AI systems using pre-trained LLMs such as LLama, GPT, Mistral, etc.
• Develop agentic AI systems for autonomous data analysis and task automation.
• Integrate AI pipelines with existing applications to derive insights from large-scale datasets.
• Fine-tune models for custom NLP/NLU tasks.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software teams to implement AI-driven features in national intelligence applications.
Required Skills & Tools:
• Hands-on experience with transformer-based models (Hugging Face, OpenAI, etc.).
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LangChain, Haystack, or similar agent frameworks.
• Experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and API integration.
• Ability to extract structured insights from unstructured data using NER, Text Classification, Embedding Search, etc.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone) is a strong plus.
🔹 3. Software Engineer – MERN Stack
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Islamabad
Salary: PKR 150,000 – 250,000
Responsibilities:
• Develop scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stack.
• Build secure, well-documented RESTful APIs for frontend/backend communication.
• Integrate third-party APIs (internal and external) using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• Maintain code quality, conduct unit testing, and manage version control using Git.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Skills & Tools:
• Proficient in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of API development, authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth), and session management.
• Familiar with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Linux-based deployment.
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub/GitLab.
• Understanding of database indexing, caching strategies, and performance optimization.
