Jawad Iqbal Salarzai, a dedicated volunteer and social activist from District Bajaur, has proven the power of compassion and community. Known for his tireless efforts to uplift the underprivileged, Salarzai recently took to Facebook Live in a heartfelt appeal to support the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) of Bajaur. What began as a simple livestream turned into a powerful movement of generosity, raising an incredible two million rupees in just two hours.

This remarkable act is just one of many in Jawad’s ongoing mission to serve humanity. Whether it’s delivering food rations, supporting medical needs, or advocating for the rights of the vulnerable, he continues to stand at the frontlines of social change. His work is not backed by any large organization, just the strength of community, trust, and a deep sense of responsibility.

Jawad's ability to mobilize resources and inspire collective action shows how one person’s voice can echo across thousands. In a time where many feel helpless, he reminds us that real impact starts with intent and action. For the families in Bajaur, his efforts are more than charity—they are a lifeline, a symbol of hope, and proof that kindness still leads the way,

Palestine Refugees have been warned by the UN agency that children in Gaza are “starving to death”, calling for the “war on children” to end.

“Around the Gaza Strip, most children examined by Unrwa health teams are emaciated, weak, and at risk of dying, if they do not get the treatment they urgently need,” UNRWA said in a post on X.

“As per Unicef, more than 50,000 children have reportedly been killed or injured (combined) in Gaza since October 2023. It’s time to stop this war on children.”
