Mr. Per Albert Ilsaas (Ambassador, Royal Norwegian Embassy, Pakistan Office) Participated as Chief Guest. Dr. Nasser Ali Khan (Project Director, Pak-Austria Fachhochschule, Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology) Participated as Guest of Honour.
Prof. Dr. Shah Jehan Sayed (CEO, MTRC) and Mr. Maiwand Shah (PM, MTRC) also Expressed their Views. Certificates Were Also Distributed Among the Participants.
