Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in identifying growth opportunities, drafting proposals, and supporting the overall business development strategy.
Outstanding performance during the internship may lead to a full-time position, depending on organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and research new funding, partnership, and business opportunities
* Assist in writing compelling proposals, concept notes, and pitch decks
* Conduct competitor analysis and market research
* Maintain and update a leads database
* Support outreach efforts and follow-up communication with potential clients
* Assist in preparing business presentations and pitch materials
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field
* Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online research tools
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Self-motivated, proactive, and a quick learner
* Must be based in Islamabad
