Pakistan mein is waqt petrol ki keematain aor inflation (mehngai) aam bnday ki pohnch se baahar hain. Aise mein jab ek Bykea rider, inDrive captain, ya Yango driver ride accept karta hai, toh woh apna waqt aur petrol dono lagata hai. Aksar passengers bina soche samjhe ride book kar dete hain aur jab driver gali ke kone par pahonchta hai, toh "Ride Cancelled" ka notification aa jata hai.
Na toh customer ko koi fine hota hai aur na hi company driver ko us ka petrol return karti hai. Yeh sirf ek masla nahi hai, yeh hazaron gharon ke choolhay chalane wale drivers ke sath ziyati hai!
📢 My Request to Passengers & Taxi Companies:
To Passengers: Agar aap ne ride book ki hai, toh please driver ka waqt aur petrol zaya mat karein. Agar bohot zaroori wajah na ho, toh ride cancel na karein. Aap ka ek click kisi ki poore din ki kamai zaya kar sakta hai.
To Companies (Yango, inDrive, Bykea): Drivers ke liye "Ride Cancellation Fee" lazmi karein. Agar passenger ride cancel kare, toh driver ko us ka bhatta (compensation) milna chahiye!
