🚫 Avoid peak sun (11 AM – 4 PM)
🏠 Block heat early — keep curtains closed during the day
❄️ No AC? No problem
💦 Run cold water on your wrists for an instant cool-down
🚿 Take quick, cool showers to reset your body temperature
⚠️ If someone feels dizzy:
