Free Wedding Services Offered by Mosque in Islamabad

In the federal capital, a mosque has established a marriage hall that offers free services to needy families for the wedding ceremonies of their daughters.

The initiative has been taken by the administration of the Masjid Rehmat ul Alamin located in F8 area of Islamabad. The marriage hall will provide crockery, sitting set up, waiters and food to host the guests with dignity and respect.

The hall will provide a three-hour time for a function, reports said, adding that parents are allowed to either solemnize the Nikkah of their daughter themselves or bring a Khateeb of their choice for the ceremony.

A member of the mosque’s management committee said that the deserving people can contact the committee to book the hall, adding that up to 120 guests can be hosted at one time.

Fatima Bhutto, the granddaughter of former prime minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and niece of Benazir Bhutto, tied the knot in a closed ceremony in Karachi.

The nikkah ceremony of Fatima, daughter of Murtaza Bhutto, took place at the family's residence at 70 Clifton in Karachi, according to the information shared by the bride's brother Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.

Fatima Bhutto embraced simplicity and elegance with her wedding attire. She opted for a white Anarkali suit with silver detailing on her dupatta. She paired it with bangles and a silver maang tikka. She could be seen donning a gorgeous red orhni with gold embellishments as well.
She also kept her make-up minimal by wearing pink n**e lip shades. Her husband complemented her in a white Pathani suit.

Fatima's husband, Graham Byra is an American and he converted to Islam before marrying her. Graham chose Gibran as his Islamic name.

Man marries younger sister after bride dies at the wedding

According to the report, the bride Hetal fell ill and collapsed while performing wedding rituals beside Vishal, the groom.
She was rushed to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
However, the family decided to proceed with the marriage celebrations and suggested that the younger sister should be married to the groom.
The bride's body was reportedly kept in the morgue until the marriage was solemnized.

The incident was deemed "very sad", the corporator of the city Laxmanbhai Rathor asserted the members of society to convince the bride's family to set an example and not send the groom "empty-handed" despite their tragic loss of the death of their daughter.
The incident took place in front of the temple in Gujarat state, according to Indian media.
