ضلع صحبت پور میں ترقی کے بلند و بالا نعرے تو گونجتے ہیں، مگر ان نعرے کی حقیقت زمین پر کچھ اور ہی ہے۔ گورنمنٹ پرائمری بوائز سکول محمد یعقوب خان کھوسہ کی حالت زار اس بات کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے، جہاں تعلیمی سہولتوں کی شدید کمی اور بنیادی ضروریات کی عدم موجودگی نے طلباء کی حالت کو مشکل بنا دیا ہے۔

سکول میں نہ مناسب تعلیمی مواد موجود ہے اور نہ ہی بنیادی سہولتیں فراہم کی جا رہی ہیں۔ گرمی ہو یا سردی، بچے سخت موسمی حالات میں تعلیم حاصل کرنے پر مجبور ہیں۔ کلاس رومز میں وافر روشنی، ہوا اور دیگر بنیادی سہولتوں کی کمی طلباء کے لیے مشکلات پیدا کر رہی ہے، اور وہ تعلیم حاصل کرنے کے باوجود ایک صحت مند اور محفوظ ماحول سے محروم ہیں۔

مقامی افراد اور والدین نے حکومت سے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ وہ اس سکول کی حالت کو بہتر بنائے اور طلباء کو بہتر تعلیمی ماحول فراہم کرے تاکہ وہ ملک کی ترقی میں اپنا کردار ادا کر سکیں۔

یہ صورتحال اس بات کا واضح اشارہ ہے کہ جہاں ترقی کے دعوے کیے جاتے ہیں، وہیں حقیقتاً عوامی سہولتوں کی فراہمی اور تعلیمی معیار میں بہتری کے لیے ابھی بہت کام کرنا باقی ہے۔
