اندرونی سندھ کے شہر بدین سے تعلق رکھنے والے ایک نوجوان کو ایک مشتبہ پاگل کتے کے کاٹنے کے بعد اسپتال میں ویکسین دستیاب نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے بروقت علاج ممکن نہیں ہو سکا۔ متعلقہ حکام سے درخواست کی گئی ہے کہ وہ فوری طور پر اس معاملے کا نوٹس لیں۔
