رپورٹس کے مطابق، جون 2026 میں جاری کیے گئے اس فتوے میں کرپٹو کرنسیاں، کرپٹو ٹوکنز اور اسٹیبل کوائنز سمیت تمام ایسے ڈیجیٹل اثاثوں کو ایک ہی شرعی حکم کے تحت شامل کیا گیا ہے۔

فتوے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ صرف نام تبدیل کرنے یا مختلف اصطلاحات استعمال کرنے سے کسی ڈیجیٹل اثاثے کی شرعی حیثیت تبدیل نہیں ہوتی۔

اعلامیے کے مطابق، کرپٹو کرنسیاں اسلامی شریعت کی رو سے “مال” یا “جائیداد” کی شرعی تعریف پر پوری نہیں اترتیں، اس لیے ان کی خرید و فروخت کو جائز قرار نہیں دیا جا سکتا۔
