Asalam u alaikum sir
Sir it is a humble request to help us in reducing passing marks from 50% to 40% over all irrespective of portions. Previously selected 17 grade H.M's and teachers are appointed on 40+ marks by giving only a objective test and we have been given subjective test with 50% marks to qualify this is totally injustice with us, this dicision is destroying the spirits of hardworking and meritorious teachers. As the test was conducted just after 12 days from the last date to apply and there was no choice in question which is mandatory to give in subjective portion and subjective portion was of 60 marks and objective was of 40 marks only, which was another injustice by the govt ,they should give equal weightage to both portions. We are being treated unfairly, this is a clear injustice being done to in service teachers to declare them fail despite of scoring 40+ marks in a *Subjective* test in a short period of time which is never ever given by any one in education department not even by Head of the institutions.
