🌧️ Jab Har Waqt Behas, Ladai Aur Tanao Ho...
Har ghar mein kabhi na kabhi behas hoti hai, Lekin jab yeh roz ka maamla ban jaaye, to woh ghar sukoon ki jagah nahi rehta — balki Aik jung ka maidan ban jaata hai.
Aise mahaul ka sabse gehra asar bachon par padta ha. Unke zehan, jazbaat aur mustaqbil sab kuch badal jaata hai 💔
💭 “Aise ghar ke mahaul mein bachon ke sath kya hota hai ?”
👶 1. Nafsiyati dabao aur depression
Roz ki behas aur chillaahat bachon ke andar stress jama kar deti hai. Woh udaas, thake hue aur bechain rehte hain.
😨 2. Dar aur ghabrahat
Unhe har waqt lagta hai ke koi daant lega ya ladai shuru ho jaayegi. Ghar unke liye safe jagah nahi rehta.
🗣️ 3. Khamoshi ya gussa
Kuch bachche bilkul chup ho jaate hain, jabke kuch har waqt gussa karte hain — dono hi halat unke andar ka dukh dikhati hain.
🚬 4. Nasha aur ghalat sohbat
Sukoon aur escape dhoondhne ke liye kuch bachche nasha ya galat logon ke saath uthna baithna shuru kar dete hain.
⚖️ 5. Crime ya baghaawat
Ghar mein izzat aur pyar na mile to woh society ke rules तोड़ kar apna asar dikhane ki koshish karte hain.
🏃♂️ 6. Ghar se bhagna
Jab unhe lagta hai ke ghar mein unki koi jagah nahi, to woh door bhaag jaate hain — kabhi sach mein, kabhi sirf dil se.
💔 7. Khudkushi tak sochne lagte hain
Extreme tanav aur udaasi kabhi kabhi unhe zindagi bekaar lagne par majboor kar deti ha.
😔 8. Confidence aur self-worth ka loss
Har daant aur har jhagde se unhe lagta hai ke “Sab aesa hi rahega ya main kuch nahi.”
Yeh soch unka future tod deti hai.
🧠 9. Focus aur health par asar
School, parhai, neend — sab kuch bigad jaata hai.
Sir dard, anxiety aur thakan unka routine ban jaata hai.
🖤 10. Rishton se doori
Unke liye trust karna mushkil ho jaata hai — na parents par, na doston par, kisi par bhi.

🩵 1. Behas k*m, sunna zyada.
Aapas mein samajhne ki koshish karo — har shakhs ko jeetne nahi, samajhne ki zarurat hoti hai.
🤝 2. Respect aur tameez se baat karo.
Tone soft rakho. Ghar ke lafz meetha pan laate hain ya zehar — dono humare haath mein hain.
🕰️ 3. Bachon ko waqt aur tawajjo do.
Har din unse baat karo, unka haal pucho. Pyar aur dehaan unke liye security hoti hai.
🧩 4. Routine aur discipline rakho.
Subha dua ke sath, shaam khana saath — chhoti chhoti aadatein barkat laati hain.
🧠 5. Counseling aur madad lene se ghabrao nahi.
Kabhi kabhi expert ki madad lena behtareen qadam hota hai. Mental peace bhi zaroori hai.
🏠 6. Ghar ko sukoon ki jagah banao.
> “Aur Allah ne tumhare liye tumhare gharon ko sukoon ki jagah banaya.”

🌸 7. Narmi aur akhlaaq se pehchano.
> Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: “Tum mein sabse behtar wo hai jo apne ghar walon ke liye behtar hai.”
😤 8. Gussa dabaao, sabr ikhtiyar karo.
> “Jo log gussa pe kaabu pa lete hain aur logon ko maaf kar dete hain, Allah unhe pasand karta hai.”
— Surah Aal-e-Imran (134)
🕌 9. Namaz aur zikr se sukoon talash karo.
> “Alaa bi zikrillahi tatma’innul quloob”
— “Dil ka sukoon sirf Allah ke zikr mein hai.” (Surah Ar-Ra’d 28)
🤲 10. Istighfar aur shukr ko aadat banao.
Har din ka shukr aur maafi ghar mein noor aur barkat le aata hai.
