Per Item Price: Rs. 1200
Total Revenue from 4 Orders: Rs. 4800
Costs:

Per Item Cost: Rs. 550 * 4 = Rs. 2200 (Item cost) + Rs. 100 (Additional cost) = Rs. 2300

Calculation:

Note:-

The reason for the loss is that I paused the A/B testing after determining the winning creative. Then, I increased the budget. However, after two days, I didn't receive any sales. This uncertainty can happen because results may not come in daily. It's a reality that turning on ads for an additional three days might lead to more sales, but it's not guaranteed so I choose to stop the ads.

Here is my Facebook Ads Strategy:

Interests: Online shopping (retail) , Home improvement (home & garden), Kitchen (home and garden)

Budget Allocation:
- Daily Budget: Rs. 450
- Duration: 2 days

Results:
- Orders: 3

Financial Summary:
- Ads Spend: Rs. 743
- Tax: Rs. 155
- Total Expenses: Rs. 898

Revenue:
- Per Item Price: Rs. 1200
- Total Revenue from 3 Orders = 3 * Rs. 1200 = Rs. 3600 /-

Costs:
- Per Item Cost: Rs. 550*3 = 1650/-
- Courier Charges: Rs. 165.6*3 = 496.8/-
- Other Charges (packing, printing, etc.): Rs. 60/-

Total Costs:
-Item Cost: 3 * Rs. 550 = Rs. 1650

So, the Return on Investment (ROI) for this Facebook ads campaign is approximately =Rs 495.2

Note / Output:-
For optimal results, it is recommended to run advertisements for a minimum of 5 days with a minimum budget of 900 rupees.
I stopped the ads because, with Facebook ads, sometimes you get orders in the first 2 days, then no orders for a few days, and then more orders after that. I just experimented, so I stopped this ads
