In my 14 years of experience, a few things that I have noticed most new founders do.

They need to stop

- Having no plan or solid strategy
- Spend too much money upfront
- Focusing on the product instead of the problem
- Going with the perfection before launching
- Avoid conversation with potential customers

No passion for business or ideas overthink.

The second thing is emotion.
Sell emotion, not product.
Connect your product with emotion,
Fear or Aspiration is the emotion most people have while purchasing.

Try to make people feel now or never.
