“It is not Martial Law but ‘Asim Law’ that is imposed in Pakistan.

The country is being run under Asim Munir's law, and the ISI is giving it protection. Whatever strengthens Asim Munir's power is made the law of the land. He is prepared to sacrifice every national interest to maintain his hold on power. This Army Chief is disgracing the military just as Yahya Khan once did.

At this time, the Senate, the National Assembly, the Prime Minister, and the President, are all unconstitutional. A sham constitutional court was created, which reduced our seats in parliament. In an unprecedented move, one party’s seats were simply handed over to others. The constitutional courts, which are meant to deliver justice, are now filled with Asim Munir’s personal minions. Sikandar Sultan Raja perpetrated an historic electoral fraud, and instead of being held accountable, he was granted an extension to safeguard that rigging. A judge of the Islamabad High Court is not hearing my appeals for seven months because he too receives instructions from Asim Munir. At this time, Asim Munir’s law prevails in our country, as if he owns Pakistan.

The judiciary, state institutions, and democracy have been systematically dismantled. Military courts have been declared legal, an act that is essentially a vote of no confidence by the judiciary against itself. My wife, Bushra Bibi, is being used as a weapon to break me, but let me make this absolutely clear: I would rather die than accept Asim Munir’s monarchy. This is nothing more than a group that has forcibly seized control of the country.

A ‘Dacoits-and-Duffers Alliance’ has taken full control of Pakistan. The 26th Amendment has completely abolished the independence of the judiciary. Judicial orders hold no weight anymore; even an ordinary policeman can openly defy a judge’s directives. Today, during court proceedings, the judge repeatedly ordered that my family, waiting outside the prison gates, be brought inside and even halted proceedings several times, yet my family was not allowed in. This shows that the judge’s order holds no value for the police. Our justice system has been decimated.

Nations collapse when incompetent people are put in charge. Asim Munir has assumed control of the country, while Mohsin Naqvi is busy destroying cricket. What qualifications do they have? Due to Mohsin Naqvi, our test cricket team has dropped to ninth place. When such unqualified individuals are placed in charge, this is the fate that befalls every sector, not just sports. A country is doomed when the incompetent are imposed upon institutions through force.

The torture inflicted upon me has intensified. I am kept in solitary confinement in my cell for 22 hours a day. I am denied books, newspapers, and television to keep me cut off from current affairs. This is not just a violation of local law but a grave breach of international human rights standards. Today, following a court order, I was given only a single book after three hours, while my family has already sent over two dozen books in the past month and a half. Ever since the new jail superintendent Ghafoor Anjum has taken over, torture against me has drastically intensified under his supervision.

We want peace in Pakistan. Whoever stands for peace and participates in peace marches must be supported wholeheartedly.

It has now been seven months since I have been allowed to speak to my children. It is their right to approach the courts, and I have personally told my sons to take the matter to international courts on the basis of fundamental human rights. They are not asking anyone in the United States for help; they are only raising their voices for their rights. Even when President Trump first came into office, I said that decisions about Pakistan must be made in Pakistan.

We have knocked on every door, but no one has listened. I had asked for dialogue only once, and that too was conditional upon commissions to investigate the events of November 26th (2024) and May 9th (2023) being formed. It was Asim Munir who ordered the shooting of unarmed civilians on November 26th. I reiterate there is no longer any room for dialogue because this group has completely hijacked the entire system.

I have instructed Barrister Gohar, Salman Akram Raja, Ali Amin Gandapur, and Junaid Akbar to ensure the protest movement runs with full force. The objective of this movement must be the restoration of justice, the supremacy of law, and the protection of the Constitution. If we fail to raise our voices in the streets, this group of oppressors will gradually finish off our parliamentary party as well. I am standing firm; all of you must also stand firm.

Eighty percent of the people of Pakistan stand with me and we are entitled to fight for our rights. I am aware that 90% of the electoral fraud took place between polling and the compilation of results. I campaigned for the implementation of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) for two years. If EVMs had been used on February 8th (2024), the game would have ended there and then. I still say today: if transparent elections are desired, EVMs must be introduced, and rigging will end once and for all.”

"Pakistan is my country, and its military is mine too!

Our soldiers are sacrificing their lives for Pakistan. Success in the war against terrorism requires the nation to stand behind their army. However, unfortunately, the gap between the military and the public continues to widen because of the establishment’s policies.

There are several fundamental reasons for this. In order to restore public sentiment towards the military and bridge the widening gap between the people and their armed forces, the establishment must reconsider its policies.

- The biggest reason is the historic rigging of the 2024 elections and the blatant theft of the people’s mandate, which has fueled public anger. The way agencies engaged in pre-poll rigging and political engineering to control results has severely damaged public trust. A party that won only 17 seats was handed the reins of power, imposing a “puppet government” on the nation.

- The second reason is the 26th Constitutional Amendment. The way the Constitution and laws have been violated, and this amendment has been used to control the judiciary has caused intense resentment in public. Nasser Javed Rana deliberately delayed decisions so that my cases could be assigned to "pocket judges." The ongoing "court packing" is aimed at ensuring that cases against me are heard by favored judges, who will deliver desired verdicts. This entire exercise is meant to secure selective rulings against me and to cover up violations of human rights and electoral fraud so that no fair judicial decisions can be made.

- The third reason is the draconian PECA Law. Electronic media is already under control, and now, through PECA amendments, restrictions have been imposed on social media and the internet. This threatens Pakistan’s GSP+ status. Disruptions to internet services have caused the IT industry more than 1.72 billion dollars in losses, destroying the careers of young professionals.

- The fourth major reason is the continued state terrorism against Pakistan’s largest and most popular political party. Violating the sanctity of private homes, over 100,000 raids have been conducted, more than 20,000 party workers and supporters have been either arrested or abducted, and their families harassed. Human rights violations continue in an effort to crush PTI, which has deeply hurt the public.

- The fifth major reason is the economic crisis caused by political instability, forcing people to leave Pakistan, along with their capital, at an alarming rate. Economic instability is at its peak. The growth rate is zero, and investment in Pakistan is nearly non-existent. No country can attract investment without the rule of law and justice. No one would willingly invest their capital in a country where there is a risk of terrorism. Investment only flows in when there is a government in place that represents the people’s will — anything else is futile.

- The sixth major reason is that all state institutions have abandoned their duties and are instead focused on politically persecuting PTI. Military officers at the major and colonel levels continue to blatantly defy court orders. Judicial rulings are being ignored, and as a result, the entire military is facing a backlash. Just two days ago, an ATC [Anti-Terrorism Court] judge ordered my wife to appear for an investigation, and despite her willingness, some unseen force sabotaged the process.

As a former Prime Minister, it is my duty to highlight the issues that are tarnishing the army’s reputation. My stance has always been the same: Pakistan is my country, and its military is mine too. It is essential for the stability and security of Pakistan to bridge the growing gap between the army and the people. The only way to achieve this is for the military to return to its constitutional role, withdraw from politics, and fulfill its defined responsibilities. And the armed forces must take this step themselves; otherwise, this growing divide will turn into fault lines threatening national security.”

آج کل مریم صاحبہ کی ایسی وڈیوز گردش کر رہی ہیں جس میں وہ خود کو نوجوانوں کی ماں کہہ کر پکار رہی ہیں، یا پھر لڑکیاں انہیں ماں کہہ رہی ہیں ان کے گلے سے لگ کر آنسو بہا رہی ہیں اور خود مریم صاحبہ بھی بڑی جذباتی ہوکر منہ چھپا رہی ہیں اور غالباً آنسو برسانے کی کوشش کر رہی ہیں۔
یہ نئی وڈیوز مریم صاحبہ کی نئی حکمت عملی کی عکاس ہیں۔ مریم صاحبہ نے جب جنرل حافظ کے کندھوں پر سوار ہو کر پنجاب کی حکومت پر ناجائز قبضہ کیا تو اس وقت یہ ماں والا بیانیہ نہیں تھا۔ اس وقت ان کا خیال تھا کہ وہ اپنی چارمنگ اور دلکش شخصیت سے ووٹروں کو لبھا لیں گی اور نوجوان تو ان کے جلووں کے دیوانے ہو جائیں گے۔
وہ اور ان کے ہینڈلرز دراصل یہ سمجھ رہے تھے کہ لوگ شاید عمران کے ہینڈسم ہونے کی وجہ سے اور ان کی پر کشش شخصیت کی وجہ سے ان کے دیوانے ہیں اور نوجوانوں اور خاص طور پر خواتین کو صرف اسی چیز نے پاگل کر رکھا ہے۔ اس لیئے اگر ان کے سامنے ایک اور خوبصورت اور پر کشش شخصیت کو پیش کیا جائے تو کم از کم نوجوان لڑکے اور مرد تو عمران کے سحر سے آزاد ہو سکتے ہیں۔
مگر اب ان کے ہینڈلرز اور گائیڈز کو یہ احساس ہو چکا ہے کہ عمران کی مقبولیت اب ایک ہینڈسم اور چارمنگ ہیرو والی مقبولیت نہیں۔ بلکہ عمران نے اپنا امیج ایک فادر فگر اور قوم کی خاطر لڑنے والے ایک بزرگ کا بنا لیا ہے۔ جو اپنی بڑھتی ہوئی عمر کے باوجود استبدادی قوتوں کے سامنے ڈٹا ہوا ہے۔ اب اکثر لوگ اسے مرشد کہتے ہیں اور شاید سمجھتے بھی ہیں۔
اب ایک فادر فگر یا مرشد کا مقابلہ کوئی ہیروئن تو کر نہیں سکتی۔ لہذا مریم صاحبہ کا دوسرا ورژن بطور ایک ماں کے لانچ کیئے جانے کوشش ہو رہی ہے۔ ایک ایسی خاتون جو اپنے ملک کے نوجوانوں، جنہیں وہ اپنا بچہ سمجھتی ہے، کے لیئے پریشان ہے اور ان کے مستقبل کو بہتر بنانے کے لیئے کوشاں ہے۔
مگر اب مسئلہ یہ ہو گیا ہے کہ پہلا امیج بنانے میں پلاسٹک اتنا خرچ کر دیا گیا ہے کہ، جو مرضی ہے اداکاری کر لیں، ماں والی فیلنگ آتی نہیں۔ اب وہ بوٹوکس کے لشکارے کہاں جائیں۔ دوسرا مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ مریم صاحبہ کی پلاسٹک سرجری تو بے شک سوئٹزر لینڈ سے ہوتی ہو مگر ان کی ڈریسنگ سینس ابھی تک گوالمنڈی والی ہی ہے۔ وہ تو اپنے بیٹے کی شادی پر اس کی دلہن سے شوخ کپڑے پہن کر پہنچ جاتی ہیں۔ بھتیجے کی شادی پر خود دلہن نظر آنے کی کوشش کرتی ہیں۔ اس وجہ سے ان کو قائل کرنا کہ جو ماں کا کردار وہ ڈویلپ کرنے کی کوشش کر رہی ہیں اس کے لیئے ایک تھوڑی سنجیدہ ماں جیسی دکھنے والے عورت کی ضرورت ہے، میلان کی ماڈل کی نہیں، اسی لیئے وہ اپنا وارڈ روب تبدیل کریں ممکن نہیں۔ تیسری بات یہ ہے کہ ماں کا کردار نبھانے کے لیئے جس میچورٹی اور سلجھے پن کی ضرورت ہے وہ بازار سے ملتے نہیں۔ تو اس میں بھی ہاتھ تھوڑا تنگ ہے۔
لہذا امید واثق ہے کہ مریم صاحبہ کا یہ ورژن دو
2.0 'ماں جی' بھی اسی طرح ناکام ہو گا جس طرح ان کا پہلا ورژن 1.0!'میری ہیروئین' ہوا تھا۔

*لیکن وہ نہیں دیتے۔*

*وہ ایران سے سستا تیل و گیس لے کر آپکی مشکلات کم کر سکتے ہیں؛*

*لیکن وہ نہیں کرتے۔*

*وہ لا اینڈ آرڈر ٹھیک کر کے آپ کو پرسکون زندگی دے سکتے ہیں؛*
*لیکن وہ کر کے نہیں دیتے۔*

*وہ ٹوورزم کو بہتر بنا کر اور امن و امان قائم کر کے فی کس آمدنی بڑھا سکتے ہیں؛*
*لیکن وہ نہیں بڑھاتے۔*

*وہ بہتر اور معیاری نظام تعلیم لا کر قوم کا شمار مہذب قوموں میں کرا سکتے ہیں؛*

*وہ غربت اور جہالت کا خاتمہ کر کے ریاست کو* *خوشحال بنا سکتے ہیں؛*

*وہ ایسا کیوں نہیں کرتے؟*
*وہ ایسا اس لئے نہیں کرتے کیونکہ یہ ان کا مقصد ہی نہیں ھے۔*

*ان کا مقصد صرف اور صرف دولت سمیٹنا ھے،*
*جس کے لیے ضروری ھے کہ عوام کو نان نفقہ کا محتاج رکھا جائے،*
*جس میں فی الحال وہ کامیاب ہیں۔*
*انہوں نے ہر قیمت پر تمہیں غلام ہی رکھنا ہے۔*
*اس طرح ہم سب قید میں ہیں۔*

*عوام کو ریلیف کیوں نہیں ملتا؟*
*عوام کی زندگی کیوں نہیں بدلتی؟*
*کیونکہ غلام کے اتنے ہی حقوق ہوتے ہیں جتنے ہمیں مل رہے ہیں۔*
*اس سے زیادہ سہولتیں آزاد قوموں کیلئے ہوتی ہیں۔*

*آپ محنت کرکے اپنا رہن سہن بہتر بنانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں تو وہ مزید ٹیکسوں کا بوجھ ڈال کر آپ کو پچھلی پوزیشن پر پہنچا دیتے ہیں۔*
*آپ مزید محنت کرتے ہیں وہ مزید ٹیکس لگاتے ہیں۔*
*آپ کو وہ مصیبتوں سے نکلنے نہیں دیتے بلکہ آئے روز مزید پریشانیاں آپ کی منتظر ہوتی ہیں۔*
*ان سب نکات کو آپ کسی سیاسی جماعت کا سپورٹر بن کر نہیں*
*بلکہ ایک پاکستانی بن کرسوچیں!*
*آپ کو سب کچھ واضع نظر آئے گا*
*یہاں تک کہ غلامی کا وہ طوق بھی جو آپ کے گلے میں ہے مگر آپ کو نظر نہیں آتا۔*
