Basic Skincare Routine
1. *Cleanse*: Wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser, morning and night.
2. *Tone*: Use a toner to balance your skin's pH and remove any remaining impurities.
3. *Moisturize*: Apply a lightweight moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated and soft.
Acne Prevention
1. *Exfoliate*: Exfoliate once or twice a week to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores.
2. *Use non-comedogenic products*: Look for products labeled "non-comedogenic" or "oil-free" to avoid clogging pores.
3. *Avoid picking or popping pimples*: Resist the temptation to pick or pop pimples, as this can lead to scarring and infection.
Hydration and Sun Protection
1. *Drink plenty of water*: Stay hydrated by drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water a day.
2. *Use sunscreen*: Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily, even on cloudy days.
