ULTRASOUND IS SAFE. NO RADIATION AT ALL
Yes, it's accurate to say that ultrasound is not radiation. Ultrasound uses high-frequency sound waves to create images, not ionizing radiation like X-rays or CT scans. This makes ultrasound a generally safe and non-invasive imaging technique

Psychology: Reductionism Vs Holism.

In conclusion, Reductionist Approach means:

Breaking down complex structure into simple terms.

1) If a teacher say to a student: You are dumb you are not good at studies. You didn't gave your exams well.

Now what's happening?

She or he is only noticing one thing of him.
She is not looking other things or factors that contributed in making him dumb.

Factors like: Subject might not be his favourite subject or he might be having some kind of concentration problem leading to not performing well. (Complex Structure)

Label: He is dumb. Not good at studies. (Simple terms).

2) Reductionism is the idea that complex things can be understood by breaking them down into smaller parts. It focuses on individual components rather than the whole system.

Example: In medicine, a reductionist approach might treat a headache by only looking at brain chemicals, rather than considering stress, diet, or emotions.

Pros of Reductionism:

1. Simplicity – Breaks complex things into smaller, easier-to-understand parts.

2. Scientific Precision – Helps in controlled experiments and clear measurements.

3. Effective for Specific Problems – Great for treating specific diseases, fixing machines, or studying one factor at a time.

4. Efficient – Saves time by focusing only on the most critical elements.

Cons of Reductionism:

1. Ignores the Bigger Picture – Focusing only on parts may miss important connections.

2. Limited Understanding – Some things (like human emotions or ecosystems) work as a whole, not just as separate pieces.

3. May Lead to Oversimplification – Complex issues might not have simple solutions.

4. Less Personalized – In fields like healthcare or psychology, it may not fully address individual needs.

Holistic Approach:

Considering all factors at once and simultaneously.
Holism means looking at the whole thing, not just the little pieces.

Example: Imagine a puzzle. Each piece is important, but the full picture only makes sense when all the pieces are together.

In the same way, a doctor doesn’t just look at a tummy ache—they also check if you're happy, sleeping well, and eating healthy.

What Is Osteoarthritis? GHUTNAY KA DARD OSTEO ARTHRITIS
Arthritis is a general term that means inflammation of the joints. Osteoarthritis, commonly known as wear and tear arthritis, is the most common type of arthritis. It is associated with a breakdown of cartilage in joints and can occur in almost any joint in the body. It commonly occurs in the weight-bearing joints of the hips, knees, and spine. It also affects the fingers, thumbs, neck, and large toe.

Osteoarthritis -- also called OA -- usually does not affect other joints unless previous injury, excessive stress, or an underlying disorder of cartilage is involved.

Cartilage is a firm, rubbery material that covers the ends of bones in normal joints. Its main function is to reduce friction in the joints and serve as a "shock absorber." The shock-absorbing quality of normal cartilage comes from its ability to change shape when compressed (flattened or pressed together).

Osteoarthritis causes the cartilage in a joint to become stiff and lose its elasticity, making it more susceptible to damage. Over time, the cartilage may wear away in some areas, greatly decreasing its ability to act as a shock absorber. As the cartilage deteriorates, tendons and ligaments stretch, causing pain. If the condition worsens, the bones could rub against each other.
