Job Description:
We are seeking talented and motivated individual to join our team on a contract basis for an exciting new reality show. You will play a crucial role in the production process, from pre-production through post-production. This is an excellent opportunity for creative individuals with a passion for reality TV and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
-Assist the Executive Producer and Senior Producers in all aspects of production.
-Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production operations.
-Conduct research and gather necessary information for the show.
-Assist in the development of storylines and episode concepts.
Manage logistics, schedules, and budgets.
-Coordinate and oversee field shoots, including talent and crew management.
-Assist in the editing process, providing feedback and ensuring consistency.
-Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members.
-Handle administrative tasks and paperwork as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Associate Producer or similar role in television production.
-Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
-Knowledge of production equipment and software is a plus.
-Passion for reality TV and a strong understanding of the genre.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
