Royal Challengers Bengaluru secured a six-wicket victory over Kolkata Knight Riders in Raipur, successfully chasing 192 with five balls remaining. The win was anchored by Virat Kohli’s unbeaten 105 off 60 balls, marking his ninth IPL century and third while chasing.

Kohli’s innings came after two consecutive ducks and ensured RCB completed a 2-0 run in Raipur. The result takes RCB to 16 points and to the top of the table on Net Run Rate. In a 10-team IPL season, no side with 16 points has failed to qualify for the playoffs.

Kolkata Knight Riders posted 192/4 in 20 overs, with Angkrish Raghuvanshi scoring 71 and Rinku Singh finishing on 49 not out. Bhuvneshwar Kumar was the pick of the bowlers for RCB with 1-34. In reply, RCB reached 194/4 in 19.1 overs, with Devdutt Padikkal contributing 39. Kartik Tyagi took 3-32 for KKR.

The defeat ends KKR’s four-match winning streak. Even if they win their remaining three home matches, the maximum they can reach is 15 points, leaving their playoff qualification dependent on other results.

Ayesha Zafar produced a record-breaking performance as Pakistan secured their biggest ever win in WT20I cricket, defeating Zimbabwe by 153 runs in the opening match of the three-match series at the National Bank Stadium, Karachi.

Batting first, Pakistan posted 237 for 5 in 20 overs, their highest total in the format. Ayesha Zafar led the innings with an unbeaten 102 off 47 balls, matching the joint-third fastest century in WT20I history. She accelerated in the final overs, moving from 67 off 38 to 102 not out, and finished with 15 fours and two sixes. Aliya Riaz contributed 48, while Gull Feroza scored 37 and captain Fatima Sana added 21 not out. The total is also the third-highest WT20I score by a full member nation.

In reply, Zimbabwe were bowled out for 84 in 18.2 overs. Fatima Sana led the bowling attack with figures of 3 for 7, including two wickets in the third over. Natalia Parvaiz took 2 for 3 and Sadia Iqbal claimed 2 for 14.

The 153-run victory is Pakistan’s largest winning margin in WT20Is, surpassing the 147-run win against Malaysia in 2018. Ayesha Zafar also became the second Pakistani batter to score a WT20I century, joining Muneeba Ali.

SRH bowled out for just 86 – their LOWEST EVER IPL total.

From 34/4 in the PowerPlay, there was no coming back for Hyderabad. That 82-run win gives GT a massive NRR boost too!

Historic Win for Bangladesh, Tigers Claim First-Ever Home Test Victory Over Pakistan! 🇧🇩

Bangladesh scripted history in the 1st Test, thrashing Pakistan by 104 runs to go 1-0 up in the 2-match series.

Batting first, Bangladesh posted 413 in their first innings with captain Najmul Hossain Shanto scoring a brilliant 101 and Mominul Haque adding 91. Pakistan replied with 386, thanks to debutant Azan Awais’ century of 103, but Mehidy Hasan Miraz’s 5/102 kept Bangladesh in front.

In the second innings, Bangladesh declared at 240/9 with Shanto again leading the way with 87 and Mominul contributing 56. That set Pakistan a tricky 268-run target in just under two sessions on Day 5.

The chase never got going. Young pace sensation Nahid Rana ripped through Pakistan’s lineup with a match-winning 5/40 — his second five-wicket haul in Tests. He was well supported by Taskin Ahmed 2/40 and Taijul Islam 2/22 as Pakistan folded for 163. Only debutant Abdullah Fazal 66 and Salman Ali Agha 26 offered any resistance.

Abdullah Fazal did become only the 6th Pakistani to score fifties in both innings on debut with 60 & 66, but it wasn’t enough to save the game.

This is Bangladesh’s first Test win over Pakistan at home — a truly memorable moment. For Pakistan, worrying signs continue as they fail to chase a target for the 4th time in 5 attempts under Shan Masood’s captaincy.

Delhi Capitals Pull Off Stunning 210-Run Chase to Stay Alive in IPL 2026!

Punjab Kings posted 210/5 but Delhi Capitals hunted it down with 3 wickets and 6 balls to spare — their second highest successful chase in IPL history.

Priyansh Arya lit up the Powerplay with 56 off 33, including six huge sixes. Shreyas Iyer found form with a commanding 59 off 36, while Suryansh Shedge’s 8-ball 21 provided the late push. PBKS raced to 72/0 in 6 overs despite a seamer-friendly surface. Madhav Tiwari 2-40 was the pick for DC.

Delhi’s reply began in ruins at 33/3 after Yash Thakur, Jansen’s blinder, and Chahal struck early. Then came the rescue act.

Skipper Axar Patel played a captain’s knock — 56 off 30, more than his entire season tally. David Miller matched him with a 27-ball 51, tearing into Jansen and Dwarshuis. Even after both fell, Ashutosh Sharma 24 off 10 and Madhav Tiwari 18* off 8 sealed it. Auqib Nabi applied the finishing touches with a 4 and 6 as DC plundered 36 off the 18th and 19th overs.

Arshdeep Singh’s brilliant 2-21 in 4 overs wasn’t enough as PBKS failed to defend 200+ for the ninth time in IPL. This was their fourth straight defeat.

Shanto’s Calm Keeps Bangladesh in Command at Mirpur! 🇧🇩

Rain played spoilsport, but Bangladesh made Day 4 theirs in the 1st Test vs Pakistan.

After losing two early wickets at 23/2, skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto once again stood tall. He and Mominul Haque added 105 runs for the third wicket, both bringing up composed fifties to blunt Pakistan’s attack.

At the Stumps on Day 4, Bangladesh 152/3, Lead by 179 runs with 7 wickets in hand and one day to play.

Shanto unbeaten on 58*, Mushfiqur Rahim on 16*. Earlier, Mominul made a patient 56 before Shaheen Afridi broke the stand. Pakistan struck early through Mohammad Abbas and Hasan Ali, but Shanto-Mominul’s partnership ensured Bangladesh finished the rain-hit day firmly in control.

Only the morning and final sessions were possible after persistent rain washed out the entire second session.

With one day left and a lead of 179, a draw looks the likely result, but in Test cricket anything is possible on Day 5 if early wickets fall.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru beat Mumbai Indians by 2 wickets in a last-ball thriller at Raipur and move to the top of the table. The result eliminates Mumbai Indians from playoff contention.

RCB’s bowlers, led by Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s 4 for 23, restricted Mumbai Indians to 166/7 on a challenging surface. Early strikes in the Powerplay put MI on the back foot, before Tilak Varma 57 (47) and Naman Dhir 47 (32) steadied the innings.

In reply, Krunal Pandya anchored the chase with a composed 73 off 46 balls, supported by Jacob Bethell’s 27. Despite Corbin Bosch’s 4 for 26 bringing MI back into the contest, RCB held their nerve. Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s six in the final over and a scrambled two off the last ball sealed a tense finish.

With this win, RCB register their 7th victory in 11 matches to claim the top spot on the points table. Mumbai Indians, with 8 losses in 11 games, are eliminated from playoff contention.

Urvil Storm Blows Away Inglis Fire!

CSK clinch a high-scoring thriller vs LSG by 5 wickets.

LSG started like a rocket with Josh Inglis smashing 85 off just 33 balls. 91/1 in the powerplay had them eyeing 220+. But Jamie Overton’s triple-strike pulled CSK back – Inglis, Pant gone in 3 balls. Shahbaz Ahmed’s late 43 took LSG to 203/8.

Then came the Urvil Patel show,
97/1 in CSK’s powerplay. Urvil’s 23-ball 65 was pure carnage – joint-fastest fifty, sixes raining, and the 204 chase looked like a walk in Chepauk. CSK wobbled near the end but crossed the line in 19.2 overs.
