Today, the life of our beloved Momani came to an end.... a life marked by unwavering strength, endless sacrifice, and boundless love....

For 44 long years, she walked the path of struggle alone after the passing of her husband in 1981. As a single parent, she raised her four children with remarkable dedication and perseverance. Though she never got graduation degree nor she ever held a formal job but that never stopped her from fulfilling her responsibilities as a mother... With tireless devotion, she worked day and night ... stiching cloths for a very penny amount... just to provide honest, halal sustenance for her family.

She spent every drop of her strength... her very soul....to ensure her children never lacked.food, support , love, or dignity. Her courage was unmatched, and her faith remained firm even in the darkest of times.

Her life was a true example of resilience, selflessness, and motherhood in its purest form.

May Allah (SWT) elevate her ranks, forgive her shortcomings, and grant her the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdaws. Ameen

If you look at the statistics, you'll notice an interesting pattern...... the most brilliant students, who consistently secure top positions in class, often end up compromising their health, wearing heavy glasses on their eyes, and becoming software engineers, doctors, CAs, or engineers etc. Meanwhile, the average or lower-ranked students, if talented in sports, often become army officers. And surprisingly, many of those considered the weakest in academics ,,,, go on to start their own businesses, eventually becoming billionaires... and they hire the toppers to work for them.

From pain to power

جب بھی میں نے کسی کو اپنے جونیئرز سے بدسلوکی کرتے دیکھا، تو دل میں ایک خلش سی جاگ اٹھی۔ جب اُس شخص کے ماضی کو ٹٹولا، تو معلوم ہوا کہ وہ اپنی زندگی کی صبح میں بھوکا تھا؛ تنگ دستی اور محرومی نے اُس کے دل میں نرمی کے بجائے سختی بھر دی۔ ایسے لوگ جب کوئی منصب، عہدہ یا معمولی سی قابلیت حاصل کر لیتے ہیں، تو اپنے ماتحتوں کے ساتھ شفقت کے بجائے سخت رویّہ اختیار کرتے ہیں۔ شاید وہ ماضی کی تلخیوں کا بدلہ اُن لوگوں سے لینا چاہتے ہیں، جن کا اُن سے کوئی تعلق ہی نہیں ہوتا۔

اور سچے وفادار شخص کا پتا تب چلتا ہے جب تم اُس کی ضرورتیں پوری کر چکے ہوتے ہو، اور وہ اُس کے بعد بھی تمہارا ساتھ نبھاتا ہے…
یا اُس وقت بھی تمہارے ساتھ کھڑا رہتا ہے جب اُسے یقین ہو چکا ہو کہ تم اب اُس کے لیے کچھ بھی کرنے سے قاصر ہو۔

The moment the Eid moon will be sighted today, TV channels will change faster than a chai dhaba switching from doodh patti to cold drinks.

Women who were seen all of Ramadan in religious programmes in properly covered veils will turn aside their veils so abruptly just like yesterday’s sehri leftovers. Talk shows that were all about deen will suddenly turn into fashion shows, gossips, and glamour.

Shan-e-Ramadan? Gone... Shan-e-Showbiz on..

Those sad, emotional Ramadan ads will disappear overnight, making way for musical shows. Ali Zafar who was singing Sare la muqaam ki khabar howi.... just till yesterday .... will now be performing his latest concert hits. Atif Aslam, who was calling beautiful Azaan will be back on stage, making the crowd non stop dance.

And then come the morning show beauty queens ....Nida Yasir, Madiha Naqvi, and others, will now appear in shining outfits, sky-high heels, and 2 kilos of makeup on each face. The Ramadan spirituality will vanish, and the Eid glamour will now begin.

If you don’t make your own decisions in life, someone else will make them for you, and you’ll have no choice but to follow them. Life never waits for anyone. When an opportunity comes your way, analyze it carefully, if it seems right, take the step. It may or may not turn out as expected, but even if it goes wrong, it will teach you a valuable lesson. With experience, you’ll be able to make better, well-informed choices in the future.

Never overthink when an opportunity arises; hesitation can make you lose it, and life will move forward without waiting. If you don’t take charge of your destiny, shape your own future, and turn your dreams into reality, then someone else will do it for you and you’ll end up working to fulfill their dreams instead of your own.
