Pakistan fell short in the second ODI against South Africa as the hosts comfortably chased down a 270-run target to level the three-match series 1–1 at the Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad.

On a surface where 269 initially appeared to be a competitive total, the visiting side reached the target with ease, finishing the chase with 59 balls to spare.

After the match, Pakistan’s ODI skipper, Shaheen Shah Afridi, acknowledged that dropped catches proved costly and ultimately made the difference in the game.

Pakistan lost the second ODI against South Africa, leveling the three-match series with the decider set to take place on Saturday.

After the game, all-rounder Faheem Ashraf praised Shaheen Shah Afridi, who was leading the side for only the second time in ODIs.

He said Shaheen gave his best as captain, using every bowler available while defending 270 in an effort to break the 153-run stand between Quinton de K**k and Tony de Zorzi.

Every tactic described is what campaigns do everywhere: canvassing, turnout drives, mobilization. So why frame it as conspiracy?

HKP founder Ammar Ali Jan was mentioned, and even pictured, in the story. What does he have to say?

PPP has called Zohran Mamdani’s win a shared vision of dignity and humanity — from Karachi to New York. But as Sindh continues to face crumbling infrastructure, ghost schools, and unrehabilitated communities, the party’s ownership of the slogan invites scrutiny.

The phrase, born from early socialist movements and popularized by leaders from Indira Gandhi to Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, has long symbolized pro-people politics. Yet, history shows that while such slogans inspire masses, real social change often remains a distant promise.

In October 2025, YouTube deleted accounts belonging to three Palestinian human rights organizations—Al-Haq, Al Mezan, and Palestinian Centre for Human Rights—removing over 700 videos documenting alleged violations in Gaza and the West Bank.

The platform cited compliance with Trump administration sanctions imposed in September. Human rights advocates argue this limits public access to evidence and could set a precedent for other tech companies.
