Education:-
Learnt "Nazra Quran" and "Persian" from a famous scholar Moulana Fateh Mohammad Seerani in Madrassa "Tehfeez-ul-Quran" in village Raees Bhanbho khan Learnt Arabic grammar from "Irshade Alsafar" to "hidayat-ul-nahoo" and Persian curriculum "Zulekan jami" and "Sikander Namo" from his teacher Moulana Khushi Mohammad Meerokhani in Meero kahn.
Madrassa:-
Completed "Darse nizami" under the guidance of Allama Abdul kareem korai" from Madrassa "Dar-ul-faiz" in Koor Suleman and became "Dasttar band" (molvi fazil) in the age of 11years.Received certificate of "fazil devband" From "dar-ul-uloom Devband" where he also learnt "Sah-i-satta" and "Tafseer" from Moulana Syed Hussain Ahmed Madni. At the same time he also learnt Tareeka tasawuf "joshia" and "Sabrina" from same teacher He learnt "Maaruful-ul- Quran" and the philosophy of shah Wali Allah from Moulana Ubaidullah sindhi. He also red following books of Shah Wali Ullah "hujutal ghilabat" "saadutal bardar-albargha"He passed the "high proficiency course in Arabic" from Punjab university.He learnt English in Meero khan high school and passed exam of English from Delhi with flying colors.
From oriental collage fateh pur Delhi and got the degree of "hakeem ul- hukma" (fazil tibb) Eastern medicine.
Experience:-
Taught Arabic and religion at Govt. high School Meero khan madrassa Dar-ul saadat gori pahor Shikarpur, mazuhar-ul uloom Karachi, Sindh Madrassat-ul-islam Karachi and Sindh Muslim collage Karachi
Director shah wali Ullah academy Hyderabad 1964 to 2002.
Visiting professor department of Sindhi University of Sindh and guide for PhD And MPhil in the subjects, Sindhi, Urdu, Arabic Persian, Muslim history and Islamic culture and comparative religion. Where a great number of scholars received Mphil and PhD Degrees under His guidance

He wrote, compiled and translated books on various topics of religion and Islamic culture from Arabic and Persian into Sindhi. He also translated valuable books of shah wali allah dehlvi, Makhdoom Mohammad Hashim thattvi and also compiled various scholarly works of different scholars. He wrote prefaces of about 200 religious, historical , and literary books. Compiled Rissalo of Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai. Compiled Basic dictionary of Sindhi language. Complete Sindhi dictionary was reviewed by him. The university of Sindh. with the assistance of Siddqiue foundation Karachi, established a chair in the name of Allama Ghulam Mustafa Qasmi in july2004. so far this chair has published 7 valuable books in Urdu and Sindhi; "edo Shan Shaoor"-Sindhi editorials of Allama Ghulam Mustafa Qasmi.
